Yesterday it was tough TKD training that I have ever had.It is combination of having fun with friend,making my friend hurt-ed,struggling to complete exercise such as 30 push-ups,30 crunches with legs and 30 lie down and stand up ( I forgot the name).I feel sorry for my friend whom I made her hand hurted.Next time,if I have a chance to train with my friend,I will be careful and avoid making my friend hurted. First,I thought that I can’t make it because I didn’t sleep well the day before yesterday.I saw everyone doing it,so I pushed myself to master it also.I felt that I was almost there.I started to have the feeling of giving up or quitting.If I keep trying and doing,I will achieve what I wish.
After the training,my body was exhausted.I can’t study and I ended chatting with my senior and my friend till 1pm.Then I went to sleep early and wake up early to study according to my plan.
